We will celebrate our wedding in Costa Rica on Saturday, August 2nd 2014, at 11 a.m.

The wedding and reception will be held at Colinas del Poás, located in Fraijanes, Alajuela.  Directions can be found on this page.

Attire

Our wedding will be a garden wedding.  We recommend elegant but comfortable clothes.  It can get chilly at Colinas del Poás, so we’d advise bringing a sweater or jacket just in case.  Gentlemen: ties are optional and not required.  Ladies: low, comfortable shoes would be advisable.

The wedding will be held outdoors, so we recommend wearing sunblock.   The reception will be held indoors.  We will serve lunch.

Bus transportation

If you’ve requested bus transportation, please be sure be at the plaza in front of the Teatro Nacional’s entrance by 9 a.m. on August 2nd. (The plaza is to the west of the Teatro, and also borders the Gran Hotel Costa Rica.) We will email you the name of a coordinator who will wait for you at the plaza, and who will summon the bus for you to board it.
